Mammography Position Sensors

Position sensors are used throughout mammography equipment to monitor the location and movement of mechanical components. They provide information to the system’s control electronics to support accurate equipment operation and positioning.
Depending on the equipment design, sensors may be associated with the compression assembly, gantry, detector or other moving components.
A faulty sensor may result in positioning errors, warning messages or restricted equipment movement.
We supply replacement position sensors for selected mammography systems. Please provide the manufacturer, model, sensor part number and details of the original component to help us identify the correct replacement.
